Happiness Is...

4 hours of being 'super aunt' while mommy Cristy slept.

Leaving Cristy's apartment with baby spit-up and cat hair on my sweatshirt.

Putting on pajama pants for the first time this week. Aaaah.

Being called 'my sweet woman' and 'my sweet girl' by someone who knows when to call me a woman and when to call me a girl.

A random 'I love you' text message.

Nightly phone calls, even when we've plum run out of things to say.

Knowing that I am being missed at this very moment, and knowing we won't have to miss each other for long.

A couple of tall beers with some really great friends. - Dirty jokes included.

A new pair of underpants.

Bed time before 2am. It should have been 10pm, but Cristy needed a break and I was more than willing to help out.

Healthy plants, fish and a declining bug population.

Peace at work.

FINALLY replying to emails from the week.

Not being able to run out of things to be happy about.

Rob thinks he'll be working through the weekend (N) - So I'll probably be heading to Minot with Cristy. Sandy and Stefan are heading back home too, so it looks to be a pretty eventful weekend. Plus I am ordering my camera sometime within the next 2 days. I AM SO EXCITED!!....

I miss my honey though. This will be the longest time we've spent apart since January. I don't know what to do with myself when he's gone. I don't eat right, I don't sleep well and I can't ever just sit around and be content. Tomorrow I need to do the things I neglected to do tonight. Laundry and dishes and all that stuff.

It's bed time for this girl.
