God damn, pumpkin cheesecake is good

Ah yes, another weekend has come and gone. In a short while I'll be trodding my protruding belly to bed and sleeping strange dreams all through the night. Rob is back to work tomorrow at 6am so he's in Minot already. Tonight appears to be a snore-free evening. I had better enjoy it while it lasts.

This weekend was quality. Every ounce of it. I laughed and laughed, and spent it all in the company of my sweet boy. It's a shame that weekends like this have to come to an end, but I know that there are many more to come.

We didn't do too much of anything on Friday night. He was the best chef in the world and made Happy Joes taco pizza (what I wanted!!) ... so that was great. On Saturday we spent most of the day inside....(yada yada yada)...and went out for dinner at Red Lobster and then we went to see Team America - and laughed so damn hard. That was a great movie. Today we shopped and ate junk food pretty much all day. Between the frozen coke, pretzel and cheese and pumpkin cheesecake (and dill pickle chips) - the only real meal I ate today was Corn Pops for breakfast. YUM.

Baby News.
The ultrasound is scheduled for 2:15 on the 26th. We're both pretty pumped. We've been tossing around names, but it's sort of worthless without actually knowing what we're having. I bought a Baby Name book today at B&N - and it seems to have some great names. I don't want to put any possibilities down yet - until we know. I bought my first baby paraphernaila today --- a little Carter's outfit. I loooove the 'Little Squirt' collection, but that was last year's stuff - so it's hard to find. I got it on clearance though. The little whales are adorable. Rob got a sweet little Giraffe sleeper. It's the first thing I've really bought for the baby, and it was an exciting thing for me.

As I mentioned earlier, I had some pumpkin cheesecake tonight. When we went to the bookstore I had to check and see if it was in 'season' yet - and sure enough it was. Oh my god that was heaven. I don't know if I'll be able to get enough, and at damn near $4 a slice - I had better get sick of it fast before it breaks me.

But I think that's all I've got for an update tonight. Go see Team America.
