MARRY ROB

I got that bit of advice from my youngest sister, Melody. We were shooting fireworks on Friday night and she grabbed me and whispered it in my ear.

Today is the official last day of vacation for me. I'm bummed out, but I knew it wouldn't last forever. I got enough sun to keep me tan for awhile and enough dirty clothes to keep me doing laundry the whole day. I've been putting it off since sometime last week. It's getting down to the bottom of the underwear and socks. Not quite desperate but I'll be there soon.

Camping was fun. We hung out by the lake and picked through rocks looking for fossils and found a couple. I got a mud pack pedicure from Melody and Jay using the clay in the lake. I got incredibly dirty and smelly and I had a blast. We had a campfire on Saturday night and roasted marshmallows and dad sang his favorite cartoon song from way back when.

Dad said Rob gets a badge for putting away the tent. Dad doesn't hand out badges very often. Hehehe

I even got dirt underneath the new fingernails that I'm so proud of. The dirt was even cooler because I was like "Hey look, I've got dirt underneath my fingernails!" They're all doing great except for my thumbs. I think there is still open season on the thumbs.

Last night Rob and I went up to the top of the hill at Hillside park and watched the fireworks at the Capitol. It was nice considering I didn't really feel like doing much outside (I was outside-ed out). We still have some fireworks left over. I bought some cool reload thingies. Oh well.

Next weekend all us girls are heading to Fargo for Sandy's bachelorette party. It's going to be alot of fun. I got my Hawaiian shirt ready and I'm ready to party! I think the weekend after that will maybe be our only free weekend of July after that. And probably through the first couple weeks of August too. My next days off from work are for Sandy and Stefan's wedding. It's coming so fast!

Well anyway, that's about as much of an update as I have right now. I just woke up and am still pretty sleepy. *yawn*
