My beautiful angel
Lovely eyes of a vivid blue
Closed in sweet release
In the clutch of a dream.

Restless inside of me,
Anticipation heeds
The necessary escape
Of unbridled desire.

Sleeping wonder
Conscious to tactile invasions
Of the deepest depths
Physically soulful in reach

Searching inward
Grasping to your thoughts
Pulsating towards
Combined ecstasy

Fluttering eyelashes
Muttered sweet nothings
Satisfied with the heights
We climbed together.

I lie awake.
My soul rests soundly.
Content.
This is my life with you.

I didn't write this tonight, but I thought I'd stick it up here anyhow.
