**Deleted!**

Well I had a pretty good weekend. It started out all kinds of cool by causing chaos with the best chaos causers anywhere. And, for the record, I will no longer "go long" and run to catch a football in WalMart. Well, at least with sandals on. That was major pain, in every way possible. Although I think the pride is the only thing still hurting.

Went to the Fair yesterday. I think I was ready to go home after about 15 minutes. It was still the Fair, it was smaller than usual but I had mini donuts and that's all that really mattered. Afterwards I saw some beautiful northern lights, the milky way as I had never encountered before and some cool ass fireworks from far far away. Mars was also out in its orangey glory. It just proves my theory that most wonderful things happen after dark.

I am PUMPED UP. The Perseid meteor shower is approaching. The only downside is the full moon. I think the best times to stare at the sky are from now until about mid August. Kind of a bummer, but the delta Aquarid shower is going on now too. Not known to be so spectacular but still a show to say the least. So GET OUTSIDE, check out Mars and the rest of the stars. Me and bugs just aren't the best of friends. Have I ever mentioned how much I dislike ladybugs? And they're like the most innocent bastards out there. Blech!

I got to see my Aunt and Uncle from CA again - and that was cool. Short visits suck though.

We checked out the 4H exhibits though and there were some pretty kickass plants entered. The jade trees were fantastic. Maybe I should have taken some courses on plants in school or something. Or cooking. Or both. Instead I just studied computer geek-dom. I am not the domestic goddess I appear to be (choke cough). The crown I wear is tin-foil.

I've been filling out quizzes like mad and I hope to receive a passing grade. They're addicting and painful at the same time!

I know there was something else I was meaning to post here but it slipped my mind. Stupid slippery mind!
