Heebie Jeebie

I thought I had something of some kind of importance to say when I came to update my site, but if I did it is long gone by now. So on with assorted blatherings of no importance at all...

Indeed. (Chad O., 2003)
(I say my endless plagarism ends here and now!)

I don't know how much everybody has been keeping up with the war. I am not ashamed to admit my TV has mostly rested on CNN, although I have to say their anchor Aaron Brown is about the most god-awful thing on TV since...well since 24 hour news broadcasts began. He definitely has a different aspect of control over his broadcasts, but they come across looking seriously unprofessional. I need better cable - either that or I just gotta shut up and take what I got. Aaron Brown it is. And that Christine Amano-somebody or the other. Intelligent people looking slightly less so under these circumstances - and maybe it's because they completely saturate the channel. Hell, I think I'd be more interested in watching 24 hours of Gilbert Godfrey do the news.

Now there's an idea!

Well anyway . I've been keeping up with Salam Pax and his weblog. It gives me a clearer sense of what is actually happening compared with the ever present live video feed from the news stations.

I remember being a little kid in love with toast and bologna sammiches. Yesterday I rediscovered my love. It's the easiest snack to make in the world. Toast bread, place slice of bologna on top. Viola! Sometimes you have to be careful because that bologna can be a slippery bugger and can slide right off the toast. So I'd suggest staying in one spot while you eat it. It is the best! It's better than Dorito sammiches.

I have had the worst sore throat for the past 2 days. If I am getting sick I wish it would just hurry up and get here instead of this slow painful process. The first day I had it, it went away after a few hours but today it's been full-on the whole day.

Whine!

I miss Cancun. Soooooo pretty.
But anyway, break is over. Back to the grind.
Toodles!
